The GIF Overlay runs inside Zeek's App Manager (ZAM) — the free hub that handles your Twitch connection and every Zeek app in one place.

Install ZAM if you don't already have it. It comes with your purchase, and it's free from the site either way.
Windows protected your PC? This is completely normal for independently made apps that haven't gone through Microsoft's paid code-signing process. Click More info → Run anyway to continue. You'll only see this once.
- Add your cartridge. Double-click the .zamapp file from your download and ZAM opens with the GIF Overlay already installed — or open ZAM, hit Add app, and pick the file yourself.
- Click the Settings tab, then Connect Twitch Account. A browser window opens — click Authorize and you're connected.
- Back on the main tab you'll see your GIF Overlay card with its browser source link ready to copy.
- Paste that link into a new browser source in OBS, then size and position it wherever you want things to land.

Chat Commands
Set a command and whatever chat types after it becomes the search. One message, and their pick lands on your overlay.
Permissions are per command — open it to everyone, or keep it to subs, VIPs, or mods.
Channel Point Redeems
Link any channel reward and let redeems drive the overlay. If your reward asks chatters to type something, that text becomes the search.

GIFs are the bread and butter — chat searches, the closest match drops onto your overlay, and it holds for however long you set.
Stickers come through with transparent backgrounds, so they sit on your scene cleanly instead of dragging a box around with them.
Clips are the ones that make noise — they run their full length instead of your set hold time, at whatever volume you set them to.
Memes — you know what a meme is. Same config as gif/sticker.
Turn on only the types you want. Each one can sit behind its own command or its own channel reward, so a GIF and a clip don't have to cost the same.

Pacing
A global cooldown keeps a hype moment from turning into a wall of GIFs, and a minimum gap between sends spaces out whatever is waiting.
Anything that arrives while one is already playing goes into a waiting list you set the size of — so a busy raid queues up neatly instead of stacking on top of itself. You decide what happens when that list is full.
Keeping It Clean
Cap the content rating so nothing above your line can be searched at all. Add blocked words to shut down the obvious attempts. Set your locale so results match your audience.
